With 20 years of experience, our studio was inspired by the goal of guiding individuals towards true wellness and self-discovery. Located in Rochester, NY, and accessible online, we have a strong local and digital presence, enabling us to connect with a wider audience.

Jacquelyn is a plus size yoga teacher, healer, addiction counselor, continuing education provider and spiritual traditionalist. You will not find new age, fad magic here. If you feel the need for this in your journey their are many places. If there is not an actual ancient practice that discusses this, you will not find it here.

Jacquelyn's View on spirituality: 

1. You are not guaranteed a good life. This life is a snap shot of many that have come and what is yet to come What we can do is be prepared and learn what is needed for protection, balance, and healing as you work. 

2. Thinking is important, it is not the whole story. Our thoughts help us UNDERSTAND the reality around us. Not create it. If people really were the creators of their environment life would end. 

3. Positive thinking extremely helpful. Avoiding negative thoughts or negative stimuli extremely dangerous. Avoid spiritual bypassing. 

4. True magical understanding comes from study. You must study science, spirituality, psychology, and real life in all its forms.
